skirts moving while walking

Bill Cunningham, who spends his days on New York streets to find out what's in among women, noticed a way of cut of a skirt that we haven't seen for a long time. This cut is actually the first skirt model I learned at fashion school, and it was all fun doing it. Because it is very simple but still very cheerful. Even if you don't know how to walk in an harmony along the streets, this skirt all arranges it for you by its cut. As Cunningham describes it, it flips side to side while walking. Very sassy and girlish style...Because your hips seem like moving by your steps. Doing some internet search, it wasn't difficult at all to find some alternatives to do shopping.
