Few days ago, dear blogger Bolat from IstanbulIstanbulOlali kindly asked if we could design a header for his blog. I must admit the difficulty of the project. This is because his Istanbul goes waaay back to paleolithic ages in Yarimburgaz Cave and comes to today's modern days. I can't still believe I was able to fit all these eras together with Maiden's Tower and Galata Tower. :) Probably because it was fun working with him, I didnot see it as an obstacle at all. And here is the result! Deer and hunter painting on the wall of Yarimburgaz Cave, Via Egnetia - ancient Roman road which the remains still exist, a mosaic from Hagia Sophia, Maiden's Tower with a touch of Ottoman miniature art, and finally Galata Tower and famous Istanbul boats from today's Istanbul.
