WHAT SHOULD WE LISTEN FOR THIS SUMMER?

Madonna - 'Hard Candy' (Warner Bros. Records)

On Madonna's 11th album, Hard Candy, the queen of pop is just like a confectioner running a musical sweet shop. Hard Candy by Madonna is released across Europe on 28 April.

Nowadays i hear Madonna's new song "4 minutes" wherever i go. She performes it with Justin Timberlake.I like it and dance with this song everyday.

Madonna chose to stick with the theme of sweet because “she loves candy. It’s about the juxtaposition of toughness and sweetness, or as Madonna so eloquently expressed ‘I’m gonna kick your ass, but it’s going to make you feel good.’”

Have fun with this song. I am totally sure you can't help listening it.

WHAT SHOULD WE READ FOR THIS SUMMER?

ANIMAL, VEGETABLE, MIRACLE: A year of food life by Barbara Kingsolver and with contributions by her husband Steven L.Hoff and older daughter Camille Kingsolver. Her younger daughter also plays a big part in the story. As you can see this is a family adventure into living courageously. They promise themselves that they eat only natural foods.

Full of irony, wit and love reading this book is a must for anyone interested in growing their own food and everyone else interested in how the food they eat arrives at their table and the consequences of our indulgences for the planet.

WHAT SPORTS SHOULD WE DO FOR THIS SUMMER?

Yoga is everywhere these days. This summer, everybody will try to learn how to make yoga. As we know it is very popular all around the world and also among Hollywood stars.

There are lots of types of yoga, it depends on which one is ok for you.

I used to go to yoga many times. It is a different dicipline…Before starting you should believe this piholosphy…it is a good way for controlling your body and breath. We can solve lots of problems by yoga related with our body.
